Thank you for having chosen ICL as your course provider. Now that you are a student, we recommend that you follow the following guidelines so that you enjoy your stay at ICL.
1. Whenever you have a problem, you call at the official hotline 2133248, give your phone/mobile number, take down the agent's name and calmly explain your request.
2. When you make a payment, inside the classroom or at the reception, always ask for your receipt immediately. NEVER MAKE PAYMENT WITHOUT GETTING YOUR RECEIPT.
3. Bring your Registration Form, whenever you come for your courses; this will help us sort out problems fast.
4. When you complete any course, request the trainer to give you a Certificate Request form, in which you write down your name properly, AS IT SHALL APPEAR on the certificate.
